The hotel is conveniently located next to a medium-sized shopping mall, making it easy to do some shopping or grab a bite to eat. It is also close to a subway station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms have a good view and are comfortable, with a "king" size bed and a nice shower. The staff is friendly and proactive in addressing any issues. The breakfast is good, with a variety of options available.
There were some communication challenges with the staff, as not all of them spoke fluent English.

Had a great time during my Xmas stay! The room was spacious and the bathroom was huge. The internet connection worked perfectly, a pleasant surprise. Plus, the view from the room was fine, adding to the overall experience.
The location was a bit inconvenient. It was quite far from the city center, but it did provide a convenient midpoint between the airport and the city.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with everything we needed nearby, including Starbucks, a bakery, restaurants, and a shopping mall with eating places. The hotel was conveniently located close to a subway station and was also near many multinational corporate offices. The cleanliness of the room was great, and the bed was large and very comfortable. The staff spoke English, rare in this city, and they were helpful with transportation, including calling taxis for us. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, including traditional Chinese dishes and Western favorites like espresso, americano, and cappuccino. The staff did an excellent job!

the exclusive amenities such as the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room made my stay truly enjoyable. the sun terrace with heated swimming pool and sun loungers was perfect to unwind after a long day, with a delicious meal from the restaurant.
The only minor issue I encountered was with the A/C in my room. Despite this, the room still had exclusive advantages such as luxurious bedding and furnishings.

The staff at Holiday Inn Beijing Focus Square were great too ensure a comfortable stay. We arrived at 4:30am due to a delayed flight, but were kinda surprised to receive a room upgrade upon check-in. The reception staff were helpful and caring, offering detailed advice on transportation options and organizing a taxi for us late in the evening. As first-time visitors to Beijing, we greatly appreciated their attention to detail and excellent service. we had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Beijing Focus Square and would highly recommend it.
